Mannequin nipples

This was a t shirt for sale at the Columbus airport. Why did they feel it necessary to put the nipples on the dummy, poking out of the shirt with no bra? Notice the mannequin has no head or arms or anything else from the waist down, but it has tits with perky nipples. What does that say about what they think of the girls at Ohio State.
